Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AMBRA mobile app, theambra.com and related services (the “Services”), provided by Muse Wellness Collective LLC d/b/a AMBRA (“AMBRA”, “we”, “us”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Health and fitness disclaimer

AMBRA provides training programs, wellness content and general information for educational purposes. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, and stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. You participate in any activity at your own risk.

3. Trainers and content

Programs are authored by AMBRA trainers. Trainers who upload content represent that they have the rights to it and grant AMBRA a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display and distribute it within the Services. You may not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit content from the Services without permission.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them in unauthorized ways.
• Do not harass other members, impersonate others, or post unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape or resell the Services.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription in the future. Any purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms, including its billing, renewal and refund policies. Pricing and terms will be shown clearly before you buy.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including the AMBRA name, logo, design, software and content, are owned by Muse Wellness Collective LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. AMBRA® is a registered trademark of Muse Wellness Collective LLC (U.S. Reg. No. 8,375,371). We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Services or other members.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMBRA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or US$100.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Apple App Store

If you download the app from the App Store, these Terms are between you and AMBRA, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
